How long is shipping?
Unless otherwise stated, all orders ship 1- 3 business days after the order is made. All items are shipping via USPS Priority Mail which estimates 1-3 day arrival. We do not have any control over exact arrival time as it is an estimate and is ultimately not within our control. 
Do you provide International delivery?
To some countries, yes. International shipping is at the buyers' expense as well as any possible custom duties or taxes (although unlikely).

How do I track my order?
 

A confirmation email with the tracking information will be sent once your item(s) has been shipped. 

What is your return policy?
At this moment in time there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. All purchases are final sale. In the unlikely event that the wrong item or size was sent, please reach out within 3 days of delivery. In order to exchange the item, it must not be worn and/or washed. 

Shipping Policies

Incorrect Address/Returned To Sender

Unless indicated otherwise prior to being shipped, orders will be shipped to the original address provided. Please make sure the information is correct prior to submitting an order and upon checkout! Any package returned to the sender due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no shipping refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address. 

Missing Package

Often times, a package is marked delivered prior to reaching its final destination rather than being lost. More common than not, the package will arrive within 3 business days despite stating it has already been delivered. 

Co-Z is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages that have a delivery confirmation to the address provided. If the package does not show up after 3 days of being marker delivered, the customer must file a claim with USPS by calling their LOCAL post office and submitting an online claim. Once a response from USPS is given, please reach out to us so we can help assist your lost order. 

Return Policy

Unless an incorrect item has been shipped, all sales are final. In the unlikely event that the item received is incorrect, please shoot us an email at hello@shopco-z.com with photo evidence. Once the item is returned back in our hands, a replacement item free of charge will be shipped. At this time all sales are final but in the future we expect to accept exchanges.
